Jon Anderson will be universally known as the vocalist with the legendary progressive rock band Yes.  Jon has been with the band since 1968 save for a couple of occasions when he briefly left to pursue a solo career, in the case of the late eighties joined with other former members of Yes in Anderson, Bruford, Wakeman, Howe (ABWH).

Amongst his noted solo albums are Olias of Sunhillow and Song of Seven and more recently collaborated on the album In Elven Lands which was a musical adaptation of the Lord of the Rings.  Towards the end of 2006 Jon Anderson released the boxed set The Lost Tapes. The Mothers Day Concert was one of the albums featured within the box.

In 1996 Jon Anderson and a group of musicians took to the stage in a beautiful Californian winery to perform a unique set of YES, Jon and Vangelis, and solo songs. Jon's recollections of the show form the basis of his liner notes, and are accompanied by colour pictures.

The show wasn't recorded officially, but thanks to hours of tireless investigative work, recordings were found in private hands. This recording has been re-mastered and the sound quality is the best example of this recording. The quality of this recording can be compared to FM broadcasts.
