As a founder member and long standing lead guitarist of Hawkwind, Huw Lloyd Langton gained a reputation as a brilliant musician. He continues to play with Hawkwind and performed at the Brixton Academy Anniversay Concert, and he also played at the Hawkwind Christmas Party at the Astoria London . He has also toured with Widowmaker, Leo Sayer, Manfred Mann and even a Trinidadian band such was his versatility.

Huw is gifted as being not only one of England's best lead guitarists, but also in his reading and writing ability in all fields from classical to rock and jazz too. He has taught at Dunraven School, has had his own column in 'Guitarist' magazine called 'Langton's Lead Lines'.

He formed his own band, The Lloyd Langton Group, to explore a different musical outlet for his many talents although he still plays with Hawkwind. The Lloyd Langton Group have had two albums and two singles in Music Week's top 20 h.m charts during the last 2 years.

Performing on all guitars and lead vocals Huw is joined on this album by Kenny Wilson (bass), who has performed with 'Dusty', 'Speed Limit' and Ronnie Jones. Drummer John Clark has worked with 'Pretty Things', 'Charlie Witney', and 'Ginger'. The album has been remastered and features lovingly chosen artwork.

Huw is featured on the new Luther Grosvenor (Spooky Tooth, Widowmaker, Moot The Hoople), album as well as the debut release from Meads Of Asphodel.
