Spin 1ne 2wo brought together the talents of Rupert Hine, Phil Palmer, Paul Carrack, Tony Levin and Steve Ferrone. All, of the musicians had massive experience and had played on hugely successful albums by Tina Turner Mike and the Mechanics John Lennon Dire Straits and Eric Clapton. The album sees these supremely talented musicians letting p0ff steam and having fun with a collection of rock standards including songs by Jimi Hendrix, Cream, The Who and Led Zeppelin.

The album features the songs Kashmir, White Room, All Along The Watchtower, Reelin' In The Years. Angel and Who Are You.

Originally released in 1993 the album has been unavailable for some time and now commands high prices on the collectors market. This CD reissue then will find a large and enthusiastic audience.

All in all a record to be savoured. I am glad Carrack and co had the good grace to share this effort with us rather than keep it to themselves.
