Jon Anderson will be universally known as the vocalist with the legendary progressive rock band Yes. Jon has been with the band since 1968 save for a couple of occasions when he briefly left to pursue a solo career in the case of the late eighties joined with other former members of Yes in Anderson Bruford Wakeman Howe (ABWH).

Amongst his noted solo albums Jon has released the albums Olias of Sunhillow, Song of Seven and more recently collaborated on the album In Elven Lands which was a musical adaptation of the Lord of the Rings.

Live From La La Land captures Jon perfectly in a real solo concert performance which features Jon performing his solo songs and selected items from both the Yes catalogue and his work with Vangelis in an intimate setting at the Roxy in Los Angeles in California

The album was previously available only at Jon’s solo gigs and more recently his tour with fellow Yes member Rick Wakeman. It is now being made available in a wider capacity and will no doubt be eagerly anticipated by those fans that were unable to catch Jon on his recent concert outings.

Tracks featured here include Richard, I’ll Find My Way Home, State of Independence and solo arrangements of the Yes classics, Long Distance Runaround, Soon, Yours Is No Disgrace, And You And I and Owner Of A Lonely Heart.

Despite the various members of Yes currently pursuing solo projects away from the band interest in all the members of Yes and particularly Jon Anderson remains high which will see this unique performance album received well.
