One of the key movers on the San Francisco Bay music scene Tiedye Keith has released a number of hugely popular and critically successful albums on his own label TDK. Portrait of Claudine is his fourth full length album and continues the road ridden by Keith on previous albums Welcome Home, Home Sweet Home and World Music Jam, Or Is It Jelly.

The music is a wonderful blend of folk, blues and a dash of R'n' B. The album contains eight tracks all written by Keith and all with that familiar Tie Dye Keith slant on life including the songs Focus On It While You Can, Blue Streams, Peace, Love Dance and Move Along.

The album also features performances from a number of special guests including vocals by Santana vocalist Tony Lindsay. Other members of Santana's band also play on the album including drummer Billy "Shoes" Johnson and bassist Myron Dove. Former Tubes guitarist Bill Spooner also contributes guitar to the album.
