Altered States of Alien Kwisp is centered around the collaboration between Ze Divided Alien and Altered Walter Funk. The Pot Head Pixies meet up with Tantric Appalachian Pygmies for a good old time. Lots of unusual glissando work here, sonically transformed and living among a surreal maze of birds, pixies, pygmies, kittens, cartoon fairies, and of course the Ether Bunny. Variations between abstract expeditions, exotic enchantments and mad pulsing music are to be expected. Daevid’s gliss work is otherworldly, timbrally and spatially expansive.

Daevid Allen and Altered Walter have been collaborating musically for over a decade. Kwisp also features Cork Marcheschi and Reid Johnston, who also play with Altered Walter in Fifty Foot Hose, the legendary 60s experimental psych group stared by Cork Marcheschi. Heaps of experimental instruments and sonic weirdness!
