Jon Anderson will forever be known as the singer of British rock band Yes although there have been periods of time when Jon left the band to concentrate on his solo career or collaborations with other artists such as Vangelis.

In 1985 Jon Anderson decided to record a seasonal album and thus 3Ships was born.

The album contains a number of Christmas classics such as Three Ships, Ding Dong Merrily and Jingle Bells. The album also includes the self written hit single Easier Said Than Done.

3 Ships is once again available to buy following a long period of unavailability. The original album is  now augmented by five bonus tracks including two tracks I Give Hope and Ray Of Hope  which outside a limited mail order release of the album were previously unreleased.

Reviews

"...If you’re keen to own this (and you should be), I’d jump on this opportunity to acquire (or reacquire) a copy before it is out of print again.  The nice sounding re-master, the bonus tracks, and the re-designed booklet (no liner notes, but contains lyrics and credits), make this an important Holiday album to have in your collection."
